I help growing businesses build digital presences that go beyond content — through honest strategy, creative execution, and results you can actually see.
I'm Henewaa Boateng, founder of Ayikah Consulting. My career started in sales — before, during, and after my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration — which gave me a deep understanding of what actually drives purchasing decisions. I then spent several years in film and TV production at companies like UFA, Banijay and QVC, where I developed my storytelling skills and eye for visual aesthetics. That background shapes how I approach every piece of content I create.
In 2025 I made a deliberate move into digital marketing, completing three IHK certifications in Online Marketing Management, Social Media Management, and Online Editing. Shortly after, I was brought on board by my first client — and within a short time delivered results that speak for themselves: 200,000+ organic monthly views, 2,000+ interactions, and consistent follower growth. All without a single euro of paid advertising.
I am also a lecturer at alfatraining, one of Germany's leading vocational training providers, where I deliver training in digital marketing and social media. Whether as a strategist, consultant, or trainer — I bring the same ownership mentality to everything I do.

Workshop
One workshop. Lasting results.
For business owners & decision-makers
Your team doesn't need a permanent social media manager — they need the right knowledge, a clear strategy, and a system they can actually use. This workshop gives them exactly that: in one day, your team walks away with everything they need to run your social media professionally and independently.
The format is simple: I deliver a tailored presentation covering your platforms, your audience, and your goals — followed by hands-on exercises your team can immediately apply. No theory overload. No generic advice. Everything is built around your business.
Investment
from €1,000
Half day · On-site or remote · Tailored to your business
One workshop vs. ongoing costs — the numbers are clear.
❌ Ongoing freelancer / agency
€450–€1,500 every single month
No knowledge stays in your team
What happens when they leave?
Content often misses your brand voice
You're always dependent on someone else
✓ Ayikah Workshop
One-time investment starting at €1,000
Your team owns the knowledge — forever
Full independence after one day
Content stays 100% authentic to your brand
No ongoing costs, no contracts, no dependency
For example:
A company paying €600/month for social media management spends €7,200 per year — every year. One workshop costs a fraction of that, and the results last.
What's included

Social Media Strategy
A clear, tailored strategy for your platforms — who you're talking to, what you're saying, and how often. Built around your business goals, not generic best practices.
02

A ready-to-use editorial calendar your team can start using immediately. Post ideas, formats, topics, and timing — so your team never stares at a blank screen again.
03
Community Management
How to respond to comments, handle criticism, build engagement, and grow a loyal audience — the right way. Your team learns the principles, not just the tools.
04
Content Creation Basics
Photography, caption writing, carousel design — practical skills your team can apply from day one. No expensive tools required.
05
Platform Best Practices
Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook — what works on each platform, what doesn't, and how to adapt your content for maximum reach without doubling the workload.
06
Tailored to Your Business
Every workshop is prepared specifically for you — your industry, your audience, your current presence. No copy-paste content. This is not a generic seminar.
